released to pop radio in the United States, but it was not
picked for regular rotation outside the Rhythmic/Dance
format stations. "Illegal" has become another
major hit for the singer on both the Hot Dance Music/Club
Play and Hot Dance Airplay charts. The song became a top
ten hit in much of Europe, and Shakira added the song to
the tracklist of her tour.
